This specific duplex design is located on a 20x30 north facing house plans and has carefully crafted as a G+4 design, it advanced in its architecture, space utility, and overall design.

 

Ground Floor: Primary use of the ground floor is for parking, allocated an area of 18’10’’ x 28’10’’ which is more than enough space for vehicles.
