The detailed duplex plan on a 20 x 30 house duplex plan north facing plot reveals a captivating and functional layout design over G+4 floors to fully utilize the space with great attention to beauty and convenience.

 

Ground Floor: For the most part, the ground floor serves as a parking area. It has a dedicated parking area of 11'8" x 18'10" and its own separate entrance. Ground floor entry on the northwest side of the building has an east facing view. This orientation is pleasant and enhances the aspect welcoming vibe of the house. Adjacent to the entrance, there is a covered sit out area measuring 8' x 6'6” which serves as a delightful outdoor dining area. Northeast is a small but sufficient pooja room of 3' x 3' compact dimensions making it more of a peaceful area for quietude. Southeast side is occupied by a living hall having an area of 11'8” x 10'6”. This area serves the purpose of a lovely gathering area but at the same time it has a multifunctional aspect to it. South west portion of the building contains duplex stairs which provides access to the upper floors.

Terrace Floor: The terrace floor is meant for practical purposes and for relaxation outdoors. This level contains a head attic room 5’2” x 5’ and access to the roof. The rest of the terrace contains two large sprawling open space, one in the south measuring 29’2” x 17”2” and the other in the north.
