This is a duplex house plan for a 20 by 30 house plan 2bhk with 1hk plot and north facing entrance. This is a G + 4 (Ground plus 4 Floors) configuration. The ground floor consists mainly of parking which is 28'10" x 10'2", with a staircase at the north west corner leading upwards. Moreover, the northwest has a room of 6’6” x 10’ which also comes with an attached washroom 6’6 x 3’6.
First floor along the staircase there is a balcony 5’6 x 10’4” in front of it. The main door is northeast of the house, it opens towards the north into duplex. There is a staircase at the upper floor’s northwest section. In the inner part of the house there is a pooja room at the northeast corner which is 3’x3’. The living hall on the other side is located southwest, measuring 16’ x 8’8”. The rest of the house is mainly the open kitchen and dining room located in the southeast section 12’ x 8’.
When heading up the stairs, family hall sits on the second floor to your north east can be found a family hall measuring 8’9” x 9’. This connects to the master bedroom located in the southwest, measuring 12’ x 8’8” and featuring an attached 4’ x 8“ bathroom.
