Based on the Arabic Western concept, this 2BHK Rental house plan is smartly constructed on this plot size 40 x 20 ft (12.19 x 6.10 m) with G+3 floor which face South direction.

The ground floor, which consists of parking area measures 38.10 x 18.10 ft, providing accommodated space for cars or any other vehicles.

The first floor, which have a porch area measures 5.10 x 9.10 ft in front of the stairs. The main door is placed in the southeast direction, which is directly connect to the living hall. This living hall is situated in the northeast direction, measures 17.2 x 12 ft, which is a perfect place for family gatherings and enjoying with friends.

The kitchen is located in the south direction, which measures 7.6 x 8 ft, which is designed compactly in modular style. The common bathroom measures 7.6 x 4.6 ft, which is easily convenient to all. The master bedroom is situated in the northwest direction, measuring 12.2 x 8.8 ft, which provide comfort and private space. Another bedroom is located in the southwest direction, which measures 12.2 x 8 ft, providing a peaceful sleep.

The Second floor mirrors the layout of the first floor and provides identical living spaces.

Additional floors can be designed same as the First floor which resembles similar layout and structure.
