First floor buildup area: 30’3” x 43” = 1300.75sqft * Closed object encompassed by walls; column and slab.

Once we go upwards the stairs from the south, we can see the balcony measuring 19’10” x 6’ with the main door to the flat located at the northwest and also the living hall measuring 15’6” x 16’1” along with an open kitchen in southeast measuring 13’3” x 8’4” with an attached utility of size 8’6” x 3’10”, pooja room in east measuring 3’x3’, the common bath room in south east measuring 8’6” x 5’, southwest bedroom measuring 12’9” x 10’10’ with an attached bath room sized 6’9” x 5’ and the northeast bedroom measuring 11’4” x 12’6” and the second floor with built up area measurement of 30’3” x 43” = 1300.75sqft. • The building is treated as a closed object with outer surfaces Walls Column Slab.

 

Ascending the stairs from the South, we can first observe the Balcony having dimensions 19’10” x 6’ which also has the Main door positioned towards the Northwest direction. Then we have Living Hall 15’6” x 16’1”, open Kitchen in Southeast measuring 13’3’’ x 8’4” with Utility room attached (8’6” x 3’10”) and Pooja room towards the East with a dimension of 3’ x 3’. Southeast Common bathroom (8’6” x 5’) located in Southwest-facing Bedroom(12’9” x 10’10” with ensuite 6’9” x 5’ bathroom) and Northeast-facing Bedroom (11’4” x 12’6”).

 

Floor three’s total area is calculated estimating as follows:
