The house is facing North and has the dimensions of 35'x35'. It consists of 4 functioning floors (G+3 design). The first floor features a living hall, bedroom with an attached bathroom, kitchen, and a garage. Both the second and first floors are similar in structure with a puja room, dining room, two bedrooms with bathrooms, and a kitchenette with a workspace adjacent to it. The outer section of the third floor is a terrace which is meant for recreational activities.
The northwest area of the ground level has a staircase that leads up to the second floor. There is additional utility spaced annexed to the kitchen measuring (7'5" x 3') in the form of a 'U' shape, and there is also an alacarte dining hall to the south measuring (4'1" x 10'10'). There are also further residential spaces such as a bedroom to the southwest designated for (14'2" x 11'7") which is equipped with an ensuite sized 4' x 7', while a secondary bedroom to the west is also equipped with an ensuite measuring 4' x 7'6".
The total floor area remains at 1006.5 sqft, but there are few adjustments in the layout as there is multi-purpose terrace on the third floor measuring 29' x 28'7' that adds additional space. As such this portion of the house is designated with built up area.
