This 35’ x 35’ house plan is west-facing and designed as a duplex of G+3 structure which offers ample spaces in four levels. Lastly, a common bathroom is located to the northwest at 8’6” x 5’3”.

To the northeast position there is a common washroom with measurement of 7’ x 4’.
