Vastu based 4bhk duplex house plan with parking and study room
This 35’ x 35’ house plan is west-facing and designed as a duplex of G+3 structure which offers ample spaces in four levels. The ground floor has the space for parking, gardening, and commercial activities which include retail shops. First Floor holds a living hall, an integrated kitchen with utility room, pooja room, one bedroom and a common bathroom. Second floor extends to include family hall, three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a study, a common bath and a balcony. Balcony of the first floor measures 8’11” x 5’11” and serves as an entry point. Additionally, the first floor has a built-up area of 924.9 sqft. From the north side, the main door opens to a living hall of 10’5” x 13’4”, while stairs to the south lead up to the north. Towards the northeast, a pooja room is located measuring 5’6” x 4’5”. The kitchen in the southeast, 12’5” x 8’8”, is grouped with a utility room of 10’1” x 4’6”. In the southwest, there is a bedroom of 12’3” x 10’10”. Lastly, a common bathroom is located to the northwest at 8’6” x 5’3”.

Towards the southeast is a bedroom of size 12’4” x 9’4” which has in attached 4’4” x 8’9” bathroom to the east. Northeast has a study room of size 11’4” x 8’9”. The northwest has alse another bedroom of 11’4” x 12’4” with balcony of 11’4” x 3’7”. At southwest direction there is the third bed room of 12’4” x 11’1” with inbuilt western bathroom (4’5” x 11’1”). To the northeast position there is a common washroom with measurement of 7’ x 4’.
Built family also include third floor, headroom measuring 9’1” x 9’1” along with area 924.9 sqft. In the southwest resides a laundry room of 12’4” x11’ 1” with inbuilt 4’5” x 11’1” bathroom. Open terrace to the north with an area of 11’5” x 33’6” for gardening, relaxation and leisure.
