West facing 4bhk duplex house plan with western design and parking
The width and length of the west facing duplex is gauged at 35 by 35 feet and as per the initial ground G+3 sketch, it has 4 floors. It has commercial lobbies for retail spaces on ground floor parking besides gardening. On the first floor there is a living hall with open kitchen, pooja room, 1 bedroom along with utility set up and common bathroom. For the entire family, the second floor has a living hall along with three bedrooms, all equipped with an ensuite bathroom, study room, shared bathroom for siblings and a balcony for fresh air. On the third floor, headroom and an open terrace is included for relaxation and gardening.
The first storey constructed has a built-up area of ground floor totaling 1225 sqft. The parking allocated on this floor is measured 34 by 24’9’’. Stairs have been erected in the northwest and face east. Already built on the southeast, the bedroom is 12’4 ft by 8’9 ft and comes with a 4’4 x 8’9 attached bathroom.
Upon entering from the western side, the 1st floor features a staircase to the South, with a clearing of 924.9 square feet of usable area, along with walkable area of 8 feet 9 inches by 5 feet 11 inches. Towards the North, there is a door leading to a living hall of dimensions 10 feet 5 inches by 13 feet 4 inches. The Pooja room, located in the North East corner, is measuring 5 feet and 6 inches by 4 feet and 5 inches. Then, the stairs lead upwards towards the North. Alongside, there is also a kitchen and dining area in Southeast (8' 11" x 8' 7") along with an utility area (3' x 8' 7") annexed. In Southwest, there is a bedroom which measures 12' 3 x 10' 10 and a common bath in Northwest side measuring 8' 6” x 5' 3'.
The second floor also contains a vie of living hall of 13’1’’x 8’11’’. The floor has a similar area of 924.9 sqft. An attached bath is also there adjacent to a room measuring 4'4“ x 8'9“ on the East side of the Southeast bedroom, measuring 12'4 x 9'4``. The bedroom for study is located in the Northeast measuring 11'4” x 8'9“ while the remaining Northwest room has an allocated terrace of 11'4“ x 3'7“ and measures 11'4” x 12'4“ and the third bedroom towards the Southwest measuring 12’4“ x 11'1" with attached bath 4" 5'11'' x 11'1” allocated West. A common bath located in Northeast, dimensions are 7’x4’.
Headroom measuring 9’1” x 9’1” is also located on the 3rd floor which has a built up area of 924.9 sqft. The Open terrace spans the eastern and western parts having dimensions of the east side being 33’6” x 8’11” and the west side being 33’6” x 11’2”. Both provide generous area for outdoor relaxation as well as gardening.
Approach in design of this house plan aims to achieve effectiveness and ease at the same time while guaranteeing good air circulation alongside natural light and space usage.
