North-facing 3BHK duplex house plan with parking , study room and western design
This duplex house plan is 35' by 35' north-facing. The layout flows smoothly across three levels with the ground floor featuring easy parking access, a living hall, a dining room, utility-connected kitchen, and a bedroom. That bedroom includes a dressing room and attached bathroom. The first floor includes a two additional bedrooms each with dressing rooms and bathrooms, family room, balcony, and study. The second floor headroom consists of laundry facilities and open terrace. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and gardening.
The parking lot, which is 33’6” by 11’4”, is located on the ground floor which has an area of 1225 sqft. The main entrance is located in the northeast section and opens up into a living hall of dimensions 14’ x 10’2”. The stairs are located in the west, turn east at the top, and there is a free space in front of the stairs. The Dining Hall is located to the east and has a size of 10’ x 6’3”, while the open kitchen situated to the southeast is 10’ x 8”. There is also a utility space located in the south with dimensions of 6’5” x 5’8”. Finally, there is a bedroom located to the southwest which is 11’6” x 9’9”, with a dressing room in the west that is 7’2” x 4’7”, and a northwest bathroom that is 7’2” x 4’9”.
Free space area in front of stairs leading to the family hall measuring at 13’2” x 12” is located on the east side of the lower level. The built up area of the first floor is 990 sqft. A bedroom in the northwest is 11'11" x 9'7", has an attached dressing room(bathroom measuring 7'2" x 4'1" and bathroom). Northeast has a balcoy at 8’7” x 10’1”. Another bedroom in the west, southwest measuring at 11’6” x 9’9” has a dressing room measuring at 7’2” x 4’7” and attached bathroom at 7’2” x 4’11”. Southeast has a study room meausuring at 16’8” x 8’3”.
Headroom at the top of the stairs measuring 6’3” x 9’8” is located on the second floor. Also incorporating a laundry room along the southwest wall of 7’7” x 9’9”. There is an expansive open terrace to the north measuring 20’7” x 30’10” giving plenty of outdoor space to relax, rest, or garden.
