Vastu based 2BHK rental house plan with parking and 1BHK on the ground floor
This house plan covers an area of 35’ x 35’ and is facing east. The plan is designed to a G+3 structure and includes both a 2BHK residence and a 1BHK rental unit. Parking space, living hall, kitchen, a bedroom with an attached bathroom is on the ground floor. The first and second floors are inclusive of a 2BHK unit, a living hall, an open kitchen with a pooja room, two bedrooms (each with an attached bath), plus an extra bathroom for guests. The top (third) floor is an open terrace with a storage room suitable for relaxing or gardening.
The southeast side of the structure holds the stairs which rise towards the north, a feature of the ground floor. This floor also has a built-up area of 1225 sqft and holds a parking area measuring 18’10” x 15’2”. The house entrance is from the east side which leads to the living room which is situated towards the Northeast side of the house measuring 10’9” x 12’10”. The kitchen is also located on the squathe side (southeast) of the house measuring 12’1” x 8’5”. There is a bedroom located on the southwest side of the house 16’5” x 12’4” with a bathroom measuring 4’ x 6’10”.
The first floor comprised an area of 957 sqft. After climbing up the stairs which are situated towards south, leads to an outdoor balcony which is 17’5” by 6’8”. The main entrance can be accessed through the east side which then leads to the living hall of approximately 19’8” by 11’8”. To the right in the sout east section, there is a kitchen room containing a wooden pooja room, it’s dimensions are also 9’11” by 6’6”. The southwest bedroom is located on the ground floor as well, it measures 11’11” by 12’4” with an attached bathroom of 4’ by 6’10”. On the other side in the northwest bedroom, there is another one which is 10’9” by 12’4”, a commmon bathroom measuring 7’5” by 4’6” is also located in the south of the house.
The second floor comprises area of 957 sqft. continues to have the same design and layout as the first floor and repeats for consistency purpose.
This third fllor comes with an open terrace which adds to the existing 957 sqft of total area. This space is perfect for leisure activities such as sitting, resting and gardening. Another southwest outdoor space measuring 11’11” by 5’9” can be used as a store of additional storage.
Overall this planning provides a balance between space layout and functionality for convenience, practicality and comfort of having proper ventilation and natural light.
