This is a G+3 east facing 35' x 35' house plan designed for optimal space usage over four levels. At gound level, there is parking, a living hall, open kitchen, and 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom. The first and second floors have the same layout as the ground floor, living hall with an open kitchen and two bedrooms with attached bathrooms each. The third floor opens up into a terrace with a storeroom, creating the perfect place to relax or tend to a garden.
The ground floor area is 1225 sqft. The parking area is 16'11'' x 15'1'' and the stairs towards the north are on the southeast side. The main entrance is towards the east. The living hall is 10'9'' x 16'1'' and there is a common bathroom on the west side, 3’11’' x 6'2''. The open kitchen, southeast of the floor, is 12'2'' x 8'5''. The bedroom in the southwest is 12' x 12'4''along with an attached bathroom that is 3'11'' x 5'9''.
The first floor consists of a 957 square foot area of space, which follows a functional layout. Upon climbing the stairs from the south side, there is a passage area of 17’6 x 6’8”. The hall is Entrance is once again faced in the east where the living hall area is entered with dimension 15’2” x 11’8''. Towards the southeast part of the house, we have the kitchen which is 12’1” x 6’4''. Southwest face bedroom has dimension 12’x12’4'' along with attached bathroom of 4’x5’9''. Northwest bedroom has dimensions of 10’8'' x 12’4'' and also has an attached bathroom of 4'x5'9''.
Second floor mirrors the first floor in regards to design and structure, assuring residence has uniform layout throughout the floors.
The third floor consists of open terrace measuring 27'6'' x 31'10'' with a total area of 957sqft, plenty of space for relaxation or gardening activities. Moreover, there is a store room in southwest corner measuring 11'11''x5'9''.
