The 35’x35’ three story and basement facing North house plan has been designed with a balanced flow, having a Ground floor plus three upper floors. On the ground floor, there is a parking area for cars, space for gardening, and stairs leading to the upper floors which are accessible from the ground floor. On the first and second floors, there is a similar arrangements that includes an entire living hall, kitchen area which is seperated, and two bedrooms with bathrooms and balconies. The total area of the first and ground level ius totaled at 991.25 sqft.
The second floor, also has an area of 991.25 sqft, matches the layout of the first floor to maintain uniformity in the building.
As for the third floor, also has an area of 991.25 sqft, includes an open terrace of 26’11’’x 31’9” which can be used for outdoor activities like sitting, resting, or gardening. Additionally, there is a store room located at the southwest corner of 9’2” x 11’ which is useful for storing things.
