This east-facing 35’ x 35’ duplex house plan comes with a G+3 structure which has been designed in a way that maintains an orderly flow on every one of its four floors. The plan includes all functional amenities for every level including relaxation and entertainment zones.
The first floor houses a built-up area measuring 1225 sqft that includes an ample sized parking area measuring 12’4” x 13’3”. This provides enough space for vehicles. The principal entry on the eastern side opens to a living hall of 10’10” x 15’9” on the Northeast. The staircase is positioned in the Northwest and leads to all the upper floors.
