The house is designed with a G+3 structure and measures 35’ x 30’ with 4 floors. The ground floor consists of a parking space where people can park their cars and have space for a little garden along with steps which lead to the upper floors. The first floor and second floor features a living area, prayer room, kitchen, bedroom, and shared washroom. A terrace is set on the third floor.
The built up area of the lower ground floor is of 1050 sqft and has an over all area of the parking space, 34’ x 29’. The stairs from the lower ground floor (north west) shift towards the east.
The first floor has an built up area of 869.25 sq s2ft with a passage located in front of the stairs 19’9” x 6’4”. Access to the first floor is through the main entry door located at the Northeast section which Gives access to the Living hall with an dimensions of 20’1” x 9’4” and the utility space with northwest measurement of 4’ x 9’4” and southeast open kitchen 10’ x 10’9” . South side of the floor, a common bathroom is added measuring 3’11” x 8’7” and 14’3” x 10’6” bedroom on Southwest side and pooja room on north side 3’11” x 4’.
Just like the first floor, the second floor has an area of 869.25 sqft and has the same layout as the first floor which keeps the overall design consistent.
The third floor having a built-up area of 869.25 sqft includes an open terrace of 29’2” x 27’5” which is large enough to accommodate for sitting, resting, and gardening.
