The 35’ x 30’ house has been designed with G+3 floors from South side so that the arrangement is convenient on all four levels. The ground floor includes parking along with space for a garden and elevator to upper floors. The third floor is designed as open terrace to be utilized for leisure gardening and other activities.
I ground floor has a built-up area of 1050 sqft, including parking space of 34’ x 29’ and stair access from the north west passing the east.
With built-up area of 869.25 sqft the first floor contains balcony of size 19’9” x 6’4” for gardening and view. Access is through Northeast. Main door opens to Livinghall of 21’4” x 9’5”. Enclosed southeast kitchen 14’8” x 11”. Towards Southwest a bedroom of size 14’5” x 10’6” with att FB of 7’4”x4’5. A common bathroom in Northwest too has 7’4”x4’5.
Like in the first floor, the second floor also has a built-up area of 869.25 sqft and is accordingly designed in the same way.
In the third floor with a built-up area of 869.25 sqft, there is open terrace measuring 29'2'' x 27'5'' which is large enough for recreational activities like sitting, resting, and even gardening.
This house plan balances between the use of space, comfort, ventilation, and natural light.
