This is an elegant west-facing duplex house plan measuring 32'x 38’ with a three-story structure. To enable better comfort, the house is divided into three levels usually referred to as G+2 layout. The foundational level consists of a parking space, open kitchen, living hall and two bedrooms while the first floor features additional two bedrooms, extensive living hall along with pooja room and a more spacious kitchen. The additional floor mirrors the second but the topmost level offers an unobstructed terrace.

This floor maintains a design similar to the lower one to the middle floors to agertain continuity of the structure.
