Area of the building on the first floor: 25’ x 45’6” = 1137.5sqft. After passing through the western staircase, we enter into a free space area of size 15’2” x 6’9” which is adjoined with open terrace of 23’11” x 18’11” in northern side, bedroom in southwest measuring 12’10” x 17’9” with ensuite of bathroom 8'3 x 4'4".
