The east-facing residential building plan, 30 * 45, covers an area of 30’x 45’ft. This is a five-level (G+2) duplex plan. The first floor contains a utility area that is about 2’ long. This space leads into a parking area for either a car or a bike, alongside some garden space. The main entrance of the house is located on the northeast side. Inside, there is a living hall, which has a staircase on its northwest side; this staircase moves in an east-west direction. Other rooms on the ground floor include a dining hall, open kitchen, and 1 bedroom equipped with an attached bathroom. The first floor includes utility area around 2’6” length and after passing through the stairs from the west, we see a family hall for cherishing family moments which is equipped with a balcony used for gardening and outside views. Other features include, 1 common bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second floor contains a utility area measuring approximately 2'6" in length, accessed via stairs coming from the west. It features a head room at the top of the stairs, a storage room, and an open terrace suitable for leisurely seated rest and gardening, as well as strategically placed ventilation and windows to provide light, air, and proper ventilation.
