The 29’11” South Face House Plan , the size as the name suggest in feet is 29’11” x 40’ and it facing South direction. The plan is G + 2 and here Ground floor contains utility area of length around 1’6” and passage for entrance to door with stairs in south eastern part which has movment along east west direction , Here main door placed in east direction and then living hall with utility for laundry and cleaning and pooja room, open kitchen or closing kitchen and 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom.

The first floors includes utility area of length around 1’6” and comes from west direction and for stairs, there is passage for entrance to door and Here main door is in east direction and then living area with utility for laundry, cleaning, dining hall with utility for laundry, cleaning and pooja room, open kitchen, 1 master bedroom and attached toilet and 1 bedroom with attached toilet.

The second floor have the same design as the first floor as it has a similar structure. Then the thirs floor have Spacious open terrace for sitting chatting, gardening and here we also provided ventilation and windows for proper light and air.

Once one passes through the stairs coming from the west side, the first thing one notices is the passage area 5’6” x 20’3” and here the main door is located towards the East side, to the left there is the living area size 14’ x 19’11” with pooja room on the east side 4’2” x 3’4”, open kitchen in Southeast 9’3½” x 9’2”, utility area on the west side 8’ x 3’5”, and the bedroom on the Northwest side 12’1” x 12’ with attached toilet 8’ x 3’5”.
