This 30 * 40 house plan for a rental property is carefully planned to function as a G+3 structure with 2 BHK plans on all floors. The parking space on the ground floor is set at a comfortable 17’9” x 15’8”. The staircase, which leads up is also strategically placed at the northwest corner. The main door is located further towards the north east direction, facing north. The living area situated in the east has a dimension of 10’11” x 13’9” while there is also an open kitchen located towards the southeast measuring 12’2” x 9’. The second part of the first floor is also having a Primary Door Facing Northeast. This section of the house strcuture: Living Hall 10’11”x9’1” Northeast of the house, Open Kitchen 8’8”x4’9” Southeast facing direction and a Common Bathroom measuring 6’11”x4’. Two Bedrooms, one Southwest measuring 10’7 by 8’ and the other Northwest 9’2” by 8'.
Both portions are found within the lower level of the framed portion’s upper level. As such, these two together form the building structure, which gives the building the Second Floor is equipped with the same layout and design of the First Floor creating equal room distribution for balance reasons, thus keeping the same sets of rooms identical in positioning and design throughout the house sequentially.
The southwest side has a conveniently located storage room measuring 5' x 10'7", while the open terrace floor features an expansive open terrace with dimensions of 26'11'' x 31'11''. Both areas allow for recreational activities and outdoor use, greatly enriching the property. This design strategy efficiently increases the value of the space through a well-structured rental layout.
