This house is a three-story construction built on a 30 * 40 house plan 3d plot that is west-facing. It has been constructed adhering to Vastu guidelines which ensures a peaceful environment. The presented house is spacious, luxurious, well ventilated and very comfortable to live in. The ground floor consists of a rental unit with 2 BHK and the first floor has an expansive 3 BHK duplex home. Additional components include multiple balconies, a utility area, a puja room, wide parking space and sophisticated design ensuring enhanced functionality of the house.

 

Ground Floor: 2 BHK Rental Unit

The Ground floor rental unit comes with a separate entrance and is 2 BHK. North facing main entrance is strategically located for compliance with Vastu principles. The set back of 1‘6” at the back, 2” on the right and 1‘6” on the left allows unimpeded natural airflow and light to enter from multiple direction making it well ventilated.
