The 30 x 40 house plan 3bhk west facing duplex plot comes with G+2 floors designed to provide comfort alongside maximized utility space, making each level easy to navigate. The structure is designed to satisfy multiple living requirements and ensures smooth transitions across all levels.
Ground Floor:
This space is commenced with a parking lot measuring 16’1” x 14’7”, providing generous parking accommodations. Further, the main entrance is strategically located on the northeastern side of the structure, facing the inside of the house, allowing for free movement in and out of the home. Upon entering, the living hall in the northwest of the house measures 11’11” and x 12’8” giving enough space to host or unwind. This serves as a good space for celebration and interaction.
The living hall has the northeast security pooja room adjacent which measures compactly at 4’ x 4’ giving quite the spacious calming atmosphere. Located Towards the eastern side of the house is open terrace measuring 8’11’’ X 27’ which gives added outdoor relaxing space for gatherings.
Second Floor:
The upper floor reflects the overall architectural approach experienced in the lower levels. It commences with a family hall positioned at the northeast end, measuring 11’7” x 10’3” which serves as a hub for family activities. The southern section houses a common use bathroom with the dimensions of 4’ x 6’ for ease of access.
On the west side, there is a large open terrace measuring 14’10” x 26’8” that can be used for social gatherings as well as a place for relaxation. Finally, the Southwest corner houses a store room with the dimensions of 10’ x 3’ strategically placed as a practical storage solution.
