The structure features a Residential building size of 29’6” x 39’6” feet which is North Facing. This is duplex plan With G+2 floor and the ground floor consists of Around 1’ and 1’6 length utility area to 1’ of length and parking space for bike/car stand, bike/car garage, and gardening area. The main door is poited to the northeast direction and leads to Living hall along with Poja room and Dining room and Stairs on the West side Moving along East to West direction Open Kitchen on the south side with 1 common bathroom upstais which is accessible from the staircase. This floor also has an additional balcony. The family hall is situated directly in front of the staircase on the southwester side and allows for family moments. First floor features 2 bedrooms; open sky view for gardening, one with ensuite bathroom and the second as a master bedroom with additional dressing area ensuite and his&her sink.
The second level has an approximate utility area of 1’6” and 2’ in length. Stepping down from the stairs on the West side, the family hall, which is designated for family activities, is located in front of the stairs equipped with two balconies designed for gardening, outdoor view, and sky viewing. There is also one bedroom with an attached master bathroom and walk-in closet. Moreover, we provided additional ventilation, windows, and walls to allow for ample lighting and airflow.

In the North facing plan 29’6 x 39” feet house design, there is a parking area on the ground floor measuring 7’6” x 12’9” and the main door located at Northeast. Following after is the living area measuring 18’ x 15’ with pooja room in East measuring 5’5” x 4’ dining room in East measuring 12’6” x 5’6. There is also a stairway in the West which progresses in the Eastern direction (upwards). southeast direction has an open kitchen measuring 8' x 11"11 and southwest has the bedroom measuring 11 x 12’5 with attached bathroom in the south measuring 4 x 8.
First floor
The area of the first floor build up: 26’ x 36’6” = 949sq ft
• When coming from the stairway towards the west direction, we can first view family hall measuring 6’8” x 19’9” with balcony in northeast measuring 5’9” x 11’ and open sky facing towards east measuring 5’5” x 10’6” and bedroom in the northwest measuring 11’1” x 10’6” with en-suite 11’1” x 4” bathroom.
• When facing the South side of the house, Master bedroom measuring 15’6” x 12’5” with furnished dressing room in 8’ x 7’4” southeast corner and 8’ x 4’7” attached bathroom with window faces the Eastern side, all contained within the house design of 29’6” x 39’6” feet North facing plan.
