The 29’6” x 39’6” Residential Building Design Plan Having North Facing Entrance is a duplex plan with G+3 floors. It includes a ground floor with an approximately 1’ wide utility area, a garage for a car, a garden, and a main entrance which faces North. Inside, there is a living hall with a pooja room, a dining room with a West-facing staircase, an open kitchen with a utility area for laundry and cleaning, 1 common bathroom, and 1 bedroom. The first floor has an approximate 1’ wide utility area with adjoining stairs to the west. Upon reaching the upper floor, there is a free space area for family activities which includes a family hall, an additional open balcony for outdoor views, and sky. The floor also has 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing room.
The second floor has a utility space of around 1’ long post the westward stairs, followed by a designated free space for movement, family lounge for family activities with mini balcony for gardening as well as outward view, and open sky for nice view, bedroom with attached bathroom, one master bedroom with attached bathroom and dressing room. The third floor contains an area that serves as a landing which has a utility space of approximately 1’ in length after the stairs situated to the west direction. Vertical space is available directly at the top of the stairs as well the open sky which provides a pleasant view, and a designated area for watching films, which is referred to as the mini movie theater, rest area which is also a open terrace that can be used for leisure sitting, rest, and gardening, where also provided sufficient ventilation for fresh air along with windows placed for proper light.

Moving Northwest we come across a bedroom measuring 12’ x 10’6” with attached bathroom measuring 8’ x 4’.
