Design of a 30’x 40’ Residential building with 30 40 duplex house plans with car parking north facing is to the North direction. This is a duplex plan with G+2 floor. Here Ground floor consists of utility area of approximate dimension 1’5'' length and parking area for bike/vehicle standing and gardening along with the staircase in the north eastern direction which moves in north south direction. The main door is placed in north direction opening into living hall, kitchen, 1 common bathroom and 2 bedrooms. First floor will have utility area of approximate 2’1” and 2’ length and after going through the stairs on south side, we encounter passage for entrance to door and the main door is placed towards north east direction and leads to living hall, dining hall positioned with staircase on the west side that leads to east and moves in a clockwise direction, balcony for gardening and observing outside and 1 common bathroom, open kitchen with 1 bedroom.
The second floor contains the utility space of about 2’ and 2’7” long as well as a family hall for family moments directly in front of the stairs after ascending from the west direction with attached sit out, 1 master bedroom with attached bathroom and dressing room, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom. Here, we also provided proper ventilation along with windows for light and air circulation.
Then we come to the measurements and detailing of the duplex building plan in feet and inches.
Ground Floor
Building up area of ground floor: 30’ x 40’ = 1200sqft
• This 30 40 duplex house plans with car parking north-facing which ground floor consists of the parking area measuring 22’1” x 17’1”. The main door is placed in the North direction which opens into the living hall of size 16’8” x 10’. In the northwest corner, there is an open kitchen measuring 7’6” x 7’6”. • When coming up the stairs from the south direction, we notice a corridor measuring 7’8” x 7’4” and here the main door placed towards northeast and beyond it the living area dimensions are 19’1” x 12’2” while dinning hall in the east side measures 10’ x 13’5” with an attached utility room measuring 3’2” x 12’9”. In southern part, there is open kitchen leading to a southeast common bathroom adjacent to the stairs towards the west. The southwest bedroom measures 12’10” x 11’11”.
Built-up area on Second floor for this house is: 25’6” x 37’6” = 956.25 sqft
• After traversing the stairs taken from west side, we come across family hall on eastern side measuring 11’2” x 9’1” directly ahead of the stairs, master bedroom 16’7” x 11’9” is attached with dressing room and bathroom which both share dimensions 7’9” x 5’4”.
