The 30*40 2BHK east facing residential building plan dimensions are 30’x 40’ feet. This is a G+2 plan which means it has three floors including the ground floor. The Ground floor consists of the total utility area which includes 2’ and 1’6” length as well as the parking area (bike/car standing) and gardening area. The stairs are at the southeastern end which moves in a North South direction. Main door is placed in north direction and then first drawing/living area: hall with pooja room, dining area and kitchen where 1st bedroom with attached bathroom and 2nd room bath and dressing room are located. First floor comprises of the utility area around 2’ and 1’6” length portion which is accessed by stairs located south, we have porch for the entrance to the door and here door is telescopic with Northeast. After this we have the drawing room/living area with pooja room/dining + kitchen 1 Masterbedroom serviced with attached bathroom and 1 Bath ensuite for bedroom along with dressing room. Second floor is to be designed same way as the first floor as it will be planned with similar layout. Then third floor is designed for spacious open terrace for sitting, chatting and gardening as well as ventilation on all sides along with windows for proper light and air.

Ground Floor
The building area of the ground floor is: 30’ x 40’ = 1200sqft
This 30 * 40 2 bhk plan east facing has ground floor consists of parking area size 10’ x 14’6” with stairs in southeast direction which mobile along into the north (up) (inset) and here main door placed in north direction then drawing room in east size 8’2” x 7’9” living area in north size 16’8” x 11’2” with pooja room serving size 3’ x 3’8”: kitchen in south east size 7’6” x 7’11” and north side dinning hall 8’4’’ x 7’11” With floor plan designated southwestern bedroom 11’9” x 9’10” northwest 8’ x 9’10”
1st Floor
Building area of upper level is: 26’ x 38’6” = 1001sqft
Onto the first floor at the top is the large porch with integrated stairs from southern access side of the building with outer dimensions for primary door north 21’ x 6’4” leading to drawing and rest considering area size.
Main block is rotating for shifting living areas and direction therefore using central range for windows view towards pole north external size of 16’8” x 11’2” and pooja room dimensions; kitchen part external 3’10” x 4’4” inter calling respective units with cupboards in south size 7’6” x 7’11” combined outside dining zone north 7’7” x 6’8”.
General arrangement of southwest school is advanced master bedroom with attached bath 4 5 5 dressing 4 x 4 and between block northwest 8 in use is two separate with space x 9 10.
Second floor
The second floor's layout is no different from first floor; it is reproducing the first story with the similar plan and design.
