This is a West facing house plan of 30’x35’ with G+3 structure that vaguely balances the space distribution throughout the four levels. The ground floor consists of a parking space, one bedroom, an open kitchen, and a common bathroom. On the first and second floors, a range of utilities are found: open kitchen with utility, living hall, one additional bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. The third floor becomes an open terrace for relaxation and garden area.

 

The southwest part of the house accommodates both the stairs and the entrance on the ground level, creating an easy navigation flow. This design contains a total built-up area of 1050 sqft, along with a parking structure of 24’1”x 17’3”. Toward the west, the door opens to a bedroom that is 10’4” x13’4” in dimension, while the in-kitchen bathroom is located southeast and measures 7”4’ x 4’4’’. Open kitchen dimensions are 4’ x 8’7’’ with spacious common bathroom of.

 

The total space covers an area of 825 sqft. On the first floor there is a living hall of size 17’2” x 10’8” located to the west of a kitchen. The positioning of the kitchen is towards the northeast and has an open kitchen style dimensioned to 8’9” x 9’10”. There is also an additional utility workstation room adjacent to the kitchen which has dimensions of 8’9” x 3’1”. South East side has a bedroom of area14’5” x 13’4” which comes along with a bathroom of size 7’7” x 4’4”.

 

The floor area on the second floor is the same as the first floor, each being 825 sqft, and follows the same layout to maintain uniformity throughout the building.

 

On the third floor, the area is maintaining at 825 sqft where there is an extensive terrace of size15’6” x 31’2”, perfect for leisurely sitting, gardening, or other outdoor relaxation. There is also space for washing on the the south east side, measuring 7’7” x 3’8”.

The house as it is designed utilizes the available spaces in a very efficient manner while ensuring there is comfort while moving around as a result good ventilation and natural light. Please tell me if there is require any changes or further information.
