Complete 2D House Plan Layout
West facing 2bhk rental western design based house plan with parking
This 30’ x 35’ west-facing house plan is designed as a G+3 structure which combines a 2BHK house and a 1BHK unit for rent. The design provides maximum space usage in four levels for living, leisure, and utility.
The ground floor has a built-up area of 1050 sqft. It has a parking facility measuring 15’6” x 14’2” conveniently located for smooth vehicle flow and easy access. The stairs in the northwest go to the east. The main entrance is in the northeast which opens to a living hall sized 13’5” x 16’10”. A pooja room by the east side measuring 3’ x 3”, an open kitchen in the southeast measuring 8’6” x 12’5”, common bathroom south 6’7” x 4’1”, bedroom southwest 10’6” x 11’5” sized.
There is a living hall which features an approximate area of 13’5” x 16’10” alongside a pooja room of 3’ x 3” on the first floor. To its southeast, you will find the kitchen measuring 8’6” x 12’2”, accompanied by a lone 6’7” x 4’1” common bathroom in the south. Two bedrooms lay in the southwest and northwest respectively with the one in the southwest measuring 10’6” x 11’5” and the other one slightly smaller at 9’ x 11’4”. The remaining 840 sqft of built area is occupied by a passage leading to the main entrance in the northeast which measures 6’ x 22’4” along with the rest of the furnishings.
It’s clear that the second floor is designed for more efficiency in spacing, strategically placing everything in a similar layout as the first and keeping the same features such as the living hall, pooja room, kitchen, common bathroom, and other two bedrooms. This provided an additional 840 sqft.
On the 3rd floor, you'll find the terrace which spans at around 26’8” x 28’8”. Its primary purpose is to relax—whether it be for gardening and any sort of leisurely activity. Not to worry though! The house has plenty of windows and ventilation features integrated which allows light and airflow into the property.
What’s great about this house plan is how sturdily it was created in a manner where practicality and comfort co-exist. This is great for both tenants and residents alike.
