We have designed this West facing house plan with G+3 configuration with overall dimension of 30’ x 35’ as a 4-storey building.

With regards to the interiors on the ground level, the plan accomodates a living hall, an open type kitchen, a bedroom and parking space. The subsequent stories first and second have the same structures as the base floor with all encompassing a living area with hall, cooking area, two numbered bedrooms and private bath for shared use. While the top most level, 3rd floor turns into an open area where the space is assed for terrace alongside plant beds.

In terms of area, the built up area for the ground floor specific to southwestern region encompasses 1,050 square feet alongside 15' 4 x 16' 1 “ dedicated space for car garage .” Positioned in the south-west is the stairs which heads up into a northern direction. Elevator is at the north foot of staircase. To the east, one can find a common bathroom with dimensions 6'2" x 4', and two bedrooms which include the southwest bedroom measuring 10'2" x 12'1" and northeast bedroom measuring 12'6" x 11'4”.

Following the stairs leads directly to an initial passage area standing 13'7" x 6'1", a southeast orientation grants effortless access to center of the building featuring staircase. This follows towards the common southeast kitchen with approximate size of 10'4'' x 6'4''.

Unlike the first and second floors which are identical, the third level features an open terrace area with a built-up area of 814.44 sqft, further highlighted by dimensions of 23'5" x 23'7" granting unparalleled views designed for seated repose, relaxation, and terrace gardening.
