This G+3 house is laid out in a 30’ by 35’ footprint with an east-facing elevation, featuring a well-coordinated plan for all four levels. Parking is available on the ground floor along with a living hall, bedroom, open kitchen, and common bath. Additional accommodation is provided on the first and second floors with two more bedrooms, a common bath, living hall, open kitchen, laundry/cleaning utility room, and an expansive utility area. The third floor is completely dedicated to an open terrace meant for relaxation and gardening.
1050 sqft is allotted for the ground floor, which comprises a single parking stall measuring 28’6” by 12’3”. The staircase starts at the northwest side and moves in towards the east. Access through the main entrance is from the north and opens into the living hall which measures 11’7” by 13’8”. The bedroom located in the southwest is 7’4” by 13’8” and the northeast contains an open kitchen which is 11’7” by 4’7". Finally, there is a common bathroom located to the southeast which is 7’4" by 4’11".
The dimensions for the area of the first floor is 907.5 sqft. The stairs have a passage area of 6’4” x 9’6”. The main entrance of the house, which is located on the north side, leads to a living hall which is 15’6” x 11’9”. The kitchen is located on the southeast side and is 7’8” x 7’10” and also has an adjoining utility room which is 3’ x 8’5”. The southwest bedroom is 10’1” x 14” and the northwest bedroom is 8’10” x 14”. There is also a common bathroom located south of the bedrooms which is 6’1” x 5’.
The second floor also has a built-up area of 907.5 sqft while keeping the layout the same as the first floor which adds to the symmetry of the design.
The third floor has an open terrace which measures 26’2” x 31’8” for a total area of 907.5 sqft. This allows plenty of room for sitting, resting, and gardening.
