This is a G+3 design type of 30' x 35' north facing house plan. Its layout is well organized on all four floors. The ground floor has a parking area, a passage area, a living hall and a dining hall, an open kitchen with a utility area, and a bedroom with an executive en-suite. A missing floor consists of first and second floors. The design remains unchanged on both levels. A third level corresponds to an open terrace and hosts a utility area designated for laundry and cleaning chores.
Floor area of the ground level is 1050 sqft. consisting of constructed space. It comes with a passage area of the dimensions: 17'5" x 6". There is also a main entrance located at the northeast section. The living hall is 24'8" x 11'10". Dining hall located in northeast is 11'3" x 7'10". Southeast has a more spacious open kitchen at 11'3" x 8'4" accompanied by a utility space 11'3" x 4' attached to it. A southwest situated bedroom is also finished at 13' x 12'10", with en-suite bathroom of 7' x 4'3".
The first floor layout comprises a passage area of 15’7” x 5’10” leading to the main entrance located in the northeast, alongside a total built-up area of 858 sqft. The Living Hall measures 24’8” x 11’10” whilst the Dining Hall is located in the northeast corner measuring 11’3” x 7’10”. The Open style Kitchen located in the Southeast has dimensions of 11’3” x 8’4” with an adjacent utility area measuring 11’3” x 4’. A Southwest oriented bedroom measuring 13’ x 12’10” has an attached bathroom which is 7’ x 4’3”.
The second floor also contains an area of 858 sqft. It was designed to follow the same layout as the first floor, without variation design wise.
The third floor tampers with the established structure having an area of 858 sqft and including an open terrace measuring 17’2” x 32’10” which has more than enough space for Outdoor Sitting, Resting and Gardening activity. An additional 7’ x 4’ associated with the utility space in the Southwest serves as a Cleaning/Laundry area.
