This west-facing house floor plan is within the dimensions of 30’ x 30’. The plan incorporates a G+3 design which means the layout is adequately distributed on all four floors. On the ground floor, there is a parking area, a bedroom, an open kitchen, and an accompanying common bathroom. The first and second floors have the same design containing living hall, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a common bathroom each. The third floor is dedicated to an open terrace which can be utilized for gardening or resting.
The built-up area of the ground floor is 900 sqft. It features a parking space measuring 12’8” x 28’10” along with a set of stairs placed towards the northeast and heads south. The entrance is located on the south side. Upon entering, there is a northwest bedroom that is 13’5” x 10’4” which can be utilized as a master suite on the ground level. The kitchen is also located in the northwest region, while a northeast common bathroom measures 4’4” x 7’.
The first floor has an area of 780 sqft and is arranged according to a specific layout. As you enter, the kitchen, which is in the south-east, measures 6’1” x 11’10”, and there is a living hall that goes 18’1” x 11’5”. Additionally, there is a common bathroom located in the northeast part of the floor which measures 4’ x 7’7” and the southwest bedroom measures 9’8” x 10’1”. Open terrace describes my third floor as it has an area of 780 sqft and houses an open terrace measuring 25’ x 29’. Other than resting, sitting and gardening can be done in this terrace. The top also has a laundry room which is 10’3” x 4’7” facing northwest.
