This house plan is a G+3 structure, and it is divided into four floors. The total area is 30’ x 30’. This plan includes a spacious living room with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and shared bathrooms on the first and second floors. On the ground floor, everything from a parking space, a store room, and a secondary bedroom is included. For the purpose of relaxation and gardening, the third floor welcomes an expansive open terrace.

Each of the 4 floors spans an area of 900 sqft, totaling 3600 sqft. On the ground floor, there is a designated area for parking that is 16’3” x 28’10”. The stairs are on the northwest side, leading east. There is a door located in the east which opens up to a store room 4’4” x 3’8”. In the southwest corner, there is a standard bedroom that is 13’5” x 10’1”, Additionally, there is a common bathroom located northwest with the dimensions of 4’4” x 6’5”.

The first and second floors of the house have the same built-up area of 780 square ft. The first floor, has an area passage of 15’1” x 6’5” in front of the stairs, vacant for movement. The primary entrance opens to the living hall which is 19’2” x 11’3”. Southeast contains the open kitchen 10’1” x 10’ and southwest contains a bedroom at 14 x 10’1”. There is also a common bathroom on the Northwest side of the house which is 4’10” x 7’1”.

With an open terrace of 14’1” x 29’3” and a built-up area of 780 square ft, the third floor serves as the space for additional activities such as resting and gardening. There is also in the southwest a washing room sized 10’3” x 4’7”.
