The layout of this house consists of three stories including a ground level. The outer dimensions of the house are 30’ x 30’ with its facade facing the west. It has two bedrooms along with a hall and a kitchen integrated into the living area creating an open layout. On the topmost floor of the house, there is a cap terrace with storage space while the lower levels incorporate both architectural and parking stairs. This is the first floor layout, after finishing it there should be around 17’6 x 14’2 of free area that can be modified to serve whatever purpose desired. The center of the stairs make way for a N-S oriented corridor measuring 7’3” x 6’1” while the other half serves as the main entrance which faces north opening to the first room which is a living hall measuring 16’1” x 9’6” that expands in the westerly direction. Attached to or within another bedroom located towards southwestern area alongside a 4’ x 10” bathroom there is a southwest facing 11’7” x 10” bedroom. A common bath is situated at the eastern side 6’ x 4’10” and many other rooms notably a northeast facing 9’5” x 9’4” bedroom
The lower floors should be semi-circular to provide an area for completing tasks while the top should serve a dome shape. Covering the upper level will also serve as the outermost flooring, thus allowing free modification of whatever rooms left blank down here
Add about 200 - 300 cubic feet for the second floor, also keep the interior simple using basic colors and uncluttered for a calm atmosphere
The second floor has the same layout as the first level, so there is continuity between the floors.
