This west-facing house plan measures 30’ x 35’ and comes with a G+3 design, demarcating a clear layout through four levels. On the ground floor, there is allocated parking space, a living hall, an open kitchen, and a bedroom. The second and first floors are almost identical to each other, containing a living hall, an open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a shared bathroom. The ground floor has a built-up area of 1050 sqft. The parking area also has the following dimensions: 15’5” x 16’1”. The stairs are located in the southwest and move towards the north. The main entrance is opened from the northwest, which goes directly into a living hall, which is 12’6” x 15’3”. The open kitchen located in the southeast is 11’ x 6’8”, with a common bathroom measuring 6’7" x 4’ situated in the east. A bedroom located in southwest is 10’5” x 13’6”.
Using the kitchen and living hall design from the first floor, the floor has an area of 849.75 sqft. The area north west of the first floor consists the main entrance swhich is served by an escaltor from the southern side which leads into a 14’1” x 6’1” passage. The rest of the spaces in this floor includes a common bathroom in the east measuring 6'6'x4'6', one bedroom in the southwest measuring 10’1” x 13’6” and another in the northeast measuring 11'4" x 9'. Open kitchen on the southeast with dimensions of 10'6” x 11' and living hall of 12'10” x 13'6" complete the spaces of this floor.
Ensuring consistency in design, balance is another bend of rule which is applied at the second floor. The layout is identical to the first level with the square footage also matching at 849.75 sqft.
Outdoor space is provided on the third level which expands the built area to 814.44 sqft and consists of an open terrace measuring 23'5" x 23'7" which can facilitate gardening, relaxation or any outdoor activity.
