25' x 40' home design plan on the north facing side with a G + 3 floor residential layout. This plan has also been adapted to meet ventilation, lighting, comfort and leisure requirements.

A ground floor with a buildup area of 1000 sqft caters for both residential and utility needs to be placed on the bottom level. Walking east to west from the parking area, there is an 24' x 20' open garden area to enjoy outdoor activities. The northwest corner features stairs the upper floors, which also moves towards the northeast side. To the left of the stairs is the main door which opens up to the living hall. It is also 12' x 16' enabling collaborative social gatherings for the residents. Within range from the living area, there is also an open kitchen placed towards the southeast corner which is 12’ x 10’. Accompanying the kitchen is an attached utility area. The southwest corner contains a 12' x 14' bed room looking after the privacy of the occupants. The household is further equipped by a functional common bathroom placed toward the southwest side measuring 6' x 5'.

The additional living features on the first floor also follow the same design as the ground floor and encompass 900 feet. After going up the stairs from the west, residents get to encounter a passage space of 15’ x 6’ that welcomes them. The space can serve a movement purpose, as well as decorative ease. Towards the north side of this floor, the main entrance opens into a living hall with dimensions measuring 22’ x 14’. Additionally, there is an open kitchen located at the southeast corner which is 12’ x 10’. This is further enhanced by the 6’x5’ utility area for cleaning and laundry purposes that is adjacent to the kitchen. Also part of the southwest is a bedroom measuring 12’ x 14’ which has an attached 6’ x 5’ bathroom. The private retreat is exclusively reserved for the occupants. There is also in the northeast corner a pooja room available that is 3’ x 4’. The room offers a dedicated elevated spiritual space. The design guarantees good air and light circulation resulting in a pleasant environment for the residents.

This space can be publicly set for other residential functions as the second floor mirrors the layout and dimensions of the first floor, making it versatile. The uniformity of this design makes construction easier, while providing ample flexibility for the chances the family can enlarge or if they decide to make it for rent.

The third floor of the center is dedicated to leisure and outdoor activities. It also has an open terrace which measures 22’ x 30’; it is multifunctional because it can also be used for gardening, relaxation and social gatherings. The layout of the terrace can creatively allow for other uses as well, like outdoor seating or small gardening areas. The structure has optional space integrating utility areas if needed.

This home design plan facing the north integrates both practicality and appearance at the same time which helps in utilizing space on all floors effectively.
