A common bathroom with measurements of 3’11” x 7’6” is in the West corner. There is a washing machine point of 4’4” x 6’2” set aside for laundry. Windows are efficiently positioned to allow adequate ventilation and light.
Like the second floor, the first one’s design and structure are the same. They share the same dimensions and layout. This uniformity makes it easier to change things in the future or add another floor if need be.
