This 25’x30’ south facing house is planned with utility spaces like an open kitchen, parking spaces, restrooms to relax in modern comfort and ease. Furthermore, it has the aesthetic appeal of modern architecture. Adequate air circulation and natural light are also integral to this design.


The first level has an area of 750 sqft and integrates parking spaces into the overall landscaping. An 18’x18’8” space is designated for a vehicle and a garden, making it easy to park. Therefore, stairs access the second floor on the south eastern side and face the north which also is more along a vertical south-north dx. The thai exterior faces south so, the main door opens into a hall measuring 13’2”x11’3”. From here, there is also an open kitchen measuring 9’5”x5”. Besides this, there is a common restroom on the north west corner, measuring 8’9’x4’. This floor integrates utility and residdential spaces effectively and acheives the ideal balance between the two.


The first floor has an area of 720 square feet and sets the stage for the evolution of residential spaces. After heading up the stairs coming from the west, there is a balcony which measures 6’3” x 7’1” and acts as an outdoor lounging area. In the east, there is a door that accesses a living hall of 13’2” x 11’3” together with an open kitchen which lies in the southeast and measures 7’1” x 10’6”. Likewise, this floor accommodates two bedrooms. One of them is in the southwest and measures 8’10” x 10’, while the other one is in the northwest and measures 8’9” x 9’7”. A common bathroom with measurements of 3’11” x 7’6” is in the West corner. There is a washing machine point of 4’4” x 6’2” set aside for laundry. Windows are efficiently positioned to allow adequate ventilation and light.


Like the second floor, the first one’s design and structure are the same. They share the same dimensions and layout. This uniformity makes it easier to change things in the future or add another floor if need be.


The third floor serves as a leisure zone. This floor hosts an open terrace which measures 22’8” x 28’1”. These add versatility and aesthetic appeal to the overall structure since this space is ideal for outdoor activities, relaxation and gardening.
