The first level has 600 square feet of area which will add more living spaces suitable for a family.
Climbing up the stairs from the south, the residents come across a balcony with the dimensions of 10’6” x 6’. This outdoor space has possibilities for a garden, relaxation, and enjoying the fresh air and atmosphere of the region.
The main east entrance opens into an oversized living hall of about 12’1” x 12’9”. This hall is connected with an open kitchen towards the southeast corner measuring 6’8” x 8’3”. The combination of both the living and kitchen space offers great room for family movement and gatherings.
