On a lot measuring 20 ft by 35 ft, the G+3 floor residential building is designed to be comfortable and functional to the east side. Every floor in the building is practically designed to include all utilities, living spaces, and leisure zones with adequate ventilation and light.


This building's grazed floral garden contributes to the aesthetics of the house and makes a relaxing environment in the southeast part under the terrace. In the northwest part of this floor, the building includes a primary parking garage which includes car space of 10 ft 2 in by 9 ft 11 in with additional garage area and a staircase that turns to the south leading to the floors above. An additional space for gardening is included, all amounting to 700 square feet of area for this floor.


The stairs face a northerly direction, as does their upper section. The exit to stairs faces west and leads to the living room which is 8 ft by 10 ft 6 in with an attached kitchen to the southeast of the space which is 8 ft 2 in by 14 ft 10 in. In this floor, relaxation amenities such as a spacious master bedroom of 16ft 10 in by 10 ft alongside its own bathroom of 4 ft 1 in by 6 ft 4 in make it easy to master level features as per the design goal prioritizing easy achievment.


The buildup area on the first floor, contains a living area measuring 594 square feet. The first step leads to an access area of of 6 feet 1 inch by 8 feet 1 inch, which provides a convenient entrance to the living portions on the upper floor. Towards the eastern section, the main door opens into a wider living hall of 7 feet 10 inches by 14 feet 10 inches. Kithchen is situated adjacent to rallying hall in the southeast measuring 14 feet 10 inches by 8 feet 3 inches. In the southwest corner there shall be situated a bedroom with bay window measures 16 feet 8 inches x 9 feet 7 inches furnished with an adjoining bathroom with approximate size 4 feet 1 inch x 6 feet 4 inch. This floor is intended for ease of use with commendaable park space around this site.


The second floor duplicates the arrangement and characteristics of the first floor without additonal passage in the same same region as above with total area of 594 square feet. Living hall, kitchen, and southwest bedroom with attached bathroom are included. With rounded off edges, the purpose of this design was to cut down unnecessary office space and fully optimize construction uniformity.


Surfing through all three floors of the building will give access to leisure activities and an available area of around 594 feet. Terrain has the advantage of an open terrace of 16 feet 6 inches long and 20 feet 7 inches wide and is suitable for walking, gardening or just sitting. In southwest region, there is an attached utility area for cleaning and laundry which is also a bit dedicated to 8 feet 1 inch and 4 feet 6 inches space. In addition, the opened terrace is perfect for the rest and spending time outdoors.


The plan was strategically designed with the purpose to minimize space within the premises while providing maximum comfort and ease to the users of the building.
