This south facing duplex home is built according to a specific 20 30 south face house plan 4bhk with 1hk plot requirement. It is stretched across four floors as well as having contemporary designs which emphasize great comfort while increasing ease of use.

 

Ground Floor:

The parking is placed first in the floor plan and has dimensions of 9’10” x 14’, which gives a good amount of space for vehicles. The staircase, located in the southwest corner, provides a common area for circulation to upper floors. Responsive design adds an 8’2” x 4’2” common bathroom which offers better use of space.
