This particular residential building is built on the plot of land measuring 20 feet by 30 feet to the south and is a duplex structure with G+2 floors. The house is constructed in a way that optimally captures necessary ventilation and sunlight.
The buildable area of the first floor encapsulates 600 square feet, inclusive of a utility space measuring 1 foot 6 inches long and a parking spot 12 foot 4 inches by 8 feet 5 inches. Space for gardening is also included in the area. The main access to the house is from the South side which opens to a Living hall of size 16 feet 8 inches by 9 feet 5 inches wide. The kitchen located at Southeast corner of the house is small and has dimensions of 5 feet 10 inches by 5 feet 11 inches. There is a bedroom at Northeast corner measuring 12 feet 2 inches by 9 feet 11 inches which has an attached bathroom with dimensions of 4 feet by 6 feet 5 inches.
Existence of OTS ensures adequate windows for air and light. The stairs construction commences adjacent to the kitchen in Southeast direction, orienting upwards towards the west-north direction.
Equiped with slightly less buildup area, the family hall now sits on the first floor, at ‘south end’ with dimensions measuring 16’8” by 9’5” making the space multifunctional for family leisure activities. On the first floor, the northwest bedroom is the same size as the one on the ground floor and measures 12’2”by9’11”and has its own attached bathroom measuring, 4 by 6”5’.
