This north facing residential duplex design 20’ x 30’ offers a G+3 floor layout with both modern living and functionality in mind. Important for residential planning is the spatial allocation of different utility zones, balconies, open terraces, and sky view floors which enhance the living experience by providing refreshing views and leisure.
Floor 1 has a total extend gross area of 600 square feet. The block includes a parking bay with dimensions of 18’10” x 15’5”. The area is sufficient for car standing as well as gardening. Features towards the southeast comprise a combined kitchen and dining area measuring 18’6” x 8’6”. Only a few feet away is a common toilet of 5’2” x 3’ bathroom. Spiritually inclined features like a pooja room of 1’9” x 3’4” can be found towards the northeast corner.
The second floor has specified private bedrooms and leisure spaces and has a buildup area of 570 sqft. They are located at the southwest corner near the stairs with a blank space measuring 10'2” x 6'11'' free. The northeast bedroom is measured at 13'11” x 9'8'' and has an attached bath at the northwest corner measuring 4’ x 7’1”. The southwest master bedroom spans 13'11’’ x 10’8” with an additional bathroom measuring 4’1’’ x 8’8''. Another northeast bedroom measures 11’9’’ x 11'8'’ with an attached bathroom of 4’1’’ x 7’10”. Another bath with bundled services in this corner. In the east, the floor has another open sky view area measuring 3'3'' x 3'10'’ which improves the illuminance and ambiance of this floor.
The third floor also has 570 sqft, focusing on leisure and utility. An aerial view area in the east measuring 3’3” x 3’10” roundout guarantees plenty of light and ventilation. The free area near the stairs, in the southwest corner measuring 10'1" x 6'11'' serves as a transitional zone. The southwest master bedroom has a bath attached measuring 13'11" x 10'8" with an added 4'1" x 8'8" bathroom. The region northeast has a terrace overlooking the deck, 11'9" x 11'8", which can be repurposed for outdoor activities, gardening, or social gatherings.
