The house occupies a 20x30 area in a west-facing duplex. It is designed as a G+3 structure, making it a duplex plan. The Ground Floor has an 18’8” x 14’ parking area which is used as a floor for vehicles. There is a staircase in the northwest corner which goes up to the upper levels. The stairs do not interfere with the flow of the lower level. Access to the upper floors is provided from the main entrance, a door to the northwest side that faces north which makes it easy to enter and gives a welcoming look as well. There is also a common bathroom located on this floor in the southwest corner with the dimensions 6’8” by 4’6”. There is also a hall located at the northeast corner with the measurement 11’ by 7’10”. It is a little gathering space as well. An Open kitchen which is in the southeast corner also serves the hall. The kitchen magically appears from the hall and it is 7’2” by 7’6” making them perfect for modern living.
This floor plan starts with an entrance on the first floor, which is defined by an enormous living space measuring 14' x 10', ideal for relaxation or hosting, south of the main area. Hosting the pooja room measuring 3’ x 3’, the northeast corner has defined space ideal for use as a meditation room. On the ground level, facing northward is the door, as with the rest of the building, around the 1st floor there are contiguous stairs to upper levels south of the level.
Located to these stairs westward is a compact kitchen and dining swap area measuring 15'2'' x7'6'' with add-on utility space directly adjacent measuring 10’ x 3’6’’. On the first floor, there is a common bathroom shared by the two utilities in the southwestern direction on the same side f south walls. The outer doors to the entire complex are south and west facing, near a dual door live area serving both entry ends and rest of the dual purpose live area. This leave room allows direct access from and into other south facing purposes. Clearing these will free up around 60 square feet and grant significantly closer to 11,41 square feet of unhindered space for additional exertion that could be removed or shutters installed with minimal alterations to the covering steps to add outdoor access to upper conveniences and modify fences.
When we ascend to the second floor, the layout reveals a lounge area just past the stairs. There is a bedroom on this floor towards the southeast corner; this measures 14'2" x 10' and comes with an ensuit measuring 4' x 10'. There is also a master bedroom located in the southwest corner that is slightly bigger at 10' x 10'2”. It is further improved by an adjacent dressing room (3'6" x 6'5") and bathroom (4'2” x 6’2”). These rooms assure adequate privacy as well as convenience to the users.
Finally, going up to the third floor, the stairs lead to a headroom of 6’2” x 11’11”, and further back the space opens up to a large terrace. Unlike the fenced section, the terrace area is divided into two portions; one on the west side 18’8” x 10’ while the east side is similar in size. Overall, there is plenty of space for outdoor activity, relaxation, or gardening.
