The home rises across four floors, elegantly designed with 3 BHK south facing duplex on a size of 20 by 30 house plan. It offers a seamless living experience by balancing function and modern features.

 

Ground Floor:

A parking space of 14 by 10 feet is provided on the ground floor alongside an east facing main entrance positioned in the northeast corner-guaranteeing a pleasing entry. There is also a pooja room measuring 3 by 3 feet northeast from the entrance. It is proved to be a very calm space. The duplex stairs permit access to the upper levels, positioned in the northwest part. A Southwest open kitchen measuring 6.5 by 6.4 feet rests optimally in the southeast corner but has an enchanting view towards the gentle living hall. The entire unit is 19 by 8.2 feet which makes it ideal for family gatherings.
