This thoughtfully designed south facing duplex plan conveniently covers a modest 20 30 house plan 3 bedroom plot and spans G+4 floors showcasing modern design alongside efficient use of space.

 

Ground Floor:

To maximize charm and ease of use, the ground floor is entirely functional starting with a parking area that offers sufficient room at 10’ x 14’ for vehicles to move in and out freely with no risk of damage. The main entrance at the northeast corner facing east guarantees the entry is inviting as well as practical and easy to use. Next to the entrance is a pooja room that is both compact and peaceful at 3’ x 3’. The pooja room is also quite serene.
