This vastu compliant 1hk, 2bhk duplex house plan, with west facing entry has modern features on the G+3 floors layout. It emphasizes efficient space usage.

 

Ground Floor:

This level contains a parking area of 18'8” x 14’. The allocated floor area is more than ample for vehicle positioning. The staircase is conveniently located in the northwest side of the building; it provides direct access to the upper levels. The primary entrance is located in the northwest (North as facing) direction so there is a productive as well as streamlined flow. Internally, there is also available a common restroom (6’8” x 4’6”) on this level, it is conveniently placed for ease of access. The kitchen in the southeast corner has 7'2" × 7'6". It is slightly larger than the rest of the fitted spaces and makes cooking easier. Next to it, there is a hall measuring 11’ x 7’10” which can be also used as a comfortably relaxing zone or for some other functional purpose.

 

First Floor:

On the first floor, a passage entrance of 4’8” x 5’1” greets you at the top of stairs. Facing north is the main door, which opens into the duplex and is placed in the north. In the south is where the stairs to the upper levels are, carefully interspersed within the layout. The southwest corner has a 10’ x 10’ living hall which is warm and generous, functional for gatherings. There is also a common bathroom in the northwest corner for easy access, measuring 3’6” x 6’8”. Open kitchen and dining area positioned in the southeast, has a further ensemble of 15’2” x 10’ addition, ensuring ample space to operate in flow while cooking and eating. Northeast is where a 3’ x 3’ pooja room, which renders this level an element of divinity and tranquility, is placed.

 

Second Floor:

Located directly infront of the stairs is a lounge area, having nad nurturing and aesthetic charms. To the north side, a family hall is no less than 6’2” x 10’6”, making it a great zone for resting or undertaking other leisure activities. There is also a bedroom in the southeast corner that is 10’ x 14’, furnished with a rather private cozy ensuite bathroom measuring 4’2” x 10” otherwise, northeast side. Furthermore, in southwest corner there is also a master bedroom measuring 14' x 10', conveniently having the ensuite bathroom measuring 4'2" x 10' on the northwest side.

 

Third Floor:

Coming up the stairs, there is a headroom with dimensions 6’2” x 11’11”, this provides access to this level. There are two large open terraces, one on west side measuring 18'8” x 10' and the other on the east side with similar dimensions. The terraces are great for outdoor routines and social activities while giving a full 360 view of the area.
