This is a 20 by 30 house plan with a 2 BHK duplex and an 1 HK floor plan for G + 3 structure:

 

Ground Floor

Encapsulating 20' X 30' groud floor, this duplex is centered around south utility design. Dominating the floor is the parking are measuring 14'10”X 18'8”, which provides adequate room for strorage of vehicle(s). The staircase, located at the extreme southeast end of the building, is set to move upwards to interconnect with the upper levels to ease flow. To the north east at the ground floor, the entrance to the building is located, with entrance facing towards is east direction, so that there is ample light that will emmerse the home. The ground floor also contains northwest facing designated room of 15' x 7', which can easily be configured and used without major operations as office, guest room or even as a stydy. In addition, there is a common bathroom of reasonable size, 4'2" x 6'6", placed in the middle for ease of access. Located at the extreme south east end of the building is a step open meant for cooking, which measures 8' x 6' as to promote ease of work flow and hallway functions makes it more ideal for south east regions.

 

First Floor

On the first floor, there is an elegant welcome area with a passage entrance measuring 3’ x 15’2” which is in front of the staircase and leads into the main interior spaces of the house. The main door in this area is located in the northeast part of the first floor and, as with the ground floor entrance, faces east. Next to the entrance on the northeast corner, there is a small pooja room measuring 3’x 3’ to accommodate spiritual activities. In the northwest part of this floor is a living hall measuring 10’ x 11’6” that serves as a hall meant for social gatherings or entertainment. There is a staircase at the western part that goes up to the next floor of the building, and in the southeast corner of this floor, there is an open kitchen and dining area measuring 10’6” x 10’ that has both cooking and eating places. Moreover, there is a common bathroom on this floor that measures 4’ x 6’8”, and it is situated in another area to be conveniently reached from anywhere.

 

Second Floor

The second level includes a remainder space of a 10'3" x 5' lounge area, immediately in front of the staircase. Moreover, this floor has two bedrooms that have been thoughtfully designed. On the north western side is the kids' bedroom, which has a size of 14'2" x 10' and has an attached bathroom measuring 4' x 10' for Privacy and comfort. In the southwest corner is the master bedroom measuring 14'2" x 11'2" paired with attached bathroom measuring 4' x 11'2". This provides adequate privacy and luxury for the occupants.

 

Third Floor

As for the the topmost floor of the duplex, it merges functionality with unused floor space. Headroom access of 10'4” x 5’ allows access to the roof and other services. There is an open area to the north of the terrace that measures 18'8” x 10’ while to the south side there is a more spacious terrace region of 18’8” x 11’2”. These terraces are perfect for leisure, outdoor engagement, or just enjoying breathtaking views.

This G+3 duplex plan strikes the best remarkable combination of effective allocation of area and ease of living.
