This carefully crafted 3D house design plan of 20 x 30 featues G+3 floors all the while optimizing the functionality of the layout. The ground floor features a parking area of 10'5''x5' for easy access. Stairs near the southeast end lead to the upper floors. The main door on the northeast side opens towards the east which helps with good feng shui. There is a tiny pooja room right next to that on the northeast side which measures 3'x3' which is perfect for spiritual activities. The open kitchen in the southeast corner is a decent length of 6'x9' and for modernity as well as functionality, it is very good. Living room is on the south side featuring a living hall of the size 17'2''x11' which can fit a lot more than just family members. In southwest, there is a personal bedroom of the size 12'8"x6'6" and a common bathroom of 4'x6'6" which is quite centrally located.

 

First floor design is identical to ground floor maintaining, seamless flow within the building. The balcony northeast in front of stairs measures 10'6''x5'6'' is also included. The staircase placement also allows for a quiet retreat from outside noises. Lastly, the entrance still an aesthetics aligned to the building east side however this time on the northeast corner.

The second floor design follows the same pattern as the first floor, reproducing the plan throughout the space, which ensures harmony across the structure. This approach maintains a repeatable sequence of actions that geometrically optimizes the space's functionality.

 

The open-air terrace floor offers versatile outdoor livin with ample space that measures 17’2’’ x 27’8’’. This section is ideal for more than just outdoor and leisure activities, as it can also serve as a gardening space, enhancing the property’s versatility.
