Ground Floor
The Building is constructed on a 20’ x 30’ east facing plot which starts with an enlarged parking area of 18’10 x 29’. This open parking area is meant to ensure sufficient space for vehicles and other things of importance. The staircase located in the south part of the structure gets wider and allows one to go up. This enables proper interconnection between different floors.
First Floor
On the first floor, the design emphasizes on operational and convenience movement. Right in the front of the stair is a warm reception outdoor space with terrace/ balcony dimensions of 8'11” x 5'4" further exposing a captivating view on it. The front door is located in the north which is at the right of the lift shaft and opens to the east which allows natural lighting to flood the house welcoming into the house. To the southeast of the reception outdoor space, a kitchen that is open and with a size of 8’2” x 8’ provides the mark of readiness to work. The kitchen is also accompanied with a 4’ x 8’2” utility space which improves the functionality of the house auxiliary for easy and handy cleaning. On the north side of the kitchen is located a living hall of size 17'10” X 8'6” which can be used as a free space to lounge with family or hold other gatherings. On the southwest side is a bedroom of good size 8’2” X 13’. This bedroom comes with its own bathroom of size 8’6” x 3'6” attached bathroom.
Level Two
The second floor follows the same pattern of the first floor to optimize the design. It mirrors the features and measurements in order to maintain uniformity and minimize space waste.
Penthouse Level
The terrace floor is the shame level as the rest of the building, so on this level there is a large open terrace where southern harvest do not hinder the view to any direction. It is a multifunctional space where people can spend time or catch a breath when the south section measuring out 17'2 by 27'8 is not in use. This vantage point is wonderful for literally soaking in all nature.
This is care free approach with maximum thought. Floor four as all thirty-five vertical levels of the building equally accommodate multilevel penthouses designed to suit the distinct requirements of each unit.
