4BHK duplex 20 by 30 House plan with north facing, parking, family hall, lougue, bar room, balcony and store
I have come up with a detailed elaboration of the north facing house vastu plan 20 x 30, which has been depicted in unique and duplex floor plan for a G+4 property.
Ground Floor
The duplex starts with the ground floor which contains a spacious parking area measuring 10’0” x 18’10” located at the bottom of the 20’x 30’ north facing plot. The entrance has been strategically placed in the northeast corner and opens towards North. A staircase is placed in the northwest corner and offers smooth vertical access to the upper levels. There is also a small pooja room measuring 3’x3’ designed in the northeast corner. The living hall of 12’2” x 8’11” is large enough to be cozy for gatherings but still be functional. Also, there is a common bathroom of 4’6” x 7’2” which is thoughtfully included for users’ convenience

First Floor
Moving to the first floor, the family hall of dimensions 17'2" x 10'2" welcomes the residents and guests in the north western side of the floor plan. It is used as a center for family activities and interactions. To the southeast corner of this area is an open kitchen, purposely made to be practical and of reasonable size 11' x 12'8" The kitchen is coupled with a utility space of 4' x 11' located in the southwestern corner, thus increasing additional purpose for domestic work.
Second Floor
The second floor starts with a lounge of 8'10" x 5' located right in front of the staircase. To the southwest quadrant of the second floor lies the master bedroom of 11' x 11'8” alongside its attached bathroom (6' x 5') and a balcony (4'11" x 5') for some seclusion and a little bit of nature. North east part of this floor makes way for a kid’s bedroom of 12'6” x 10’2” that is positioned there. This room is equipped with an attached bathroom of size 4'2" x 10'2" for convenience.
Third Floor
In front of the stairs, there is another lounge on the third floor and it is compact yet functional at 5' x 8’10”. It also has additional space for a second master bedroom on the opposite side, southwest corner, which is similar to the one below and measures 11’8” x 11’. The room also comes with an en suite bathroom (6’ x 5’ ), and a balcony (4’11” x 5’) that has good views accessible from the room. To the north as well there is an expansive open terrace that measures 17'2" x 10'2". This section serves as a calm outdoor space for recreational activities or rest.
Terrace Floor
The uppermost level is spaced out to allow a broad open terrace of 16'6" x 17'2". From this area, social activities like gardening or just watching the sights, things like panoramic views, can be done effortlessly.
